Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  1. General

    • Isabella Design Jewellers Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by Isabella Design Jewellers and can only be used to purchase products available on our official website or at our physical store.

    • Purchase or use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  2. Validity

    • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

    • Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or reissued.

  3. Redemption

    • Gift Cards may only be redeemed for jewellery and accessories available at Isabella Design Jewellers.

    • They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

    • If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

    • If the purchase is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card until expiry.

  4. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

    • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

    • Isabella Design Jewellers is not responsible for unauthorised use of Gift Cards once issued.

  5. Exchanges & Returns

    • Items purchased using a Gift Card are subject to Isabella Design Jewellers’ standard exchange and return policy.

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as store credit only.

  6. Fraud & Misuse

    • Any suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms may result in cancellation of the Gift Card.

    • Isabella Design Jewellers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

How to Use Your Gift Card

  1. Online Purchases

    • Browse our collection at [insert website link].

    • Add your desired items to the shopping cart.

    • At checkout, enter your Gift Card Code in the “Gift Card / Discount Code” box.

    • The value of your Gift Card will be deducted from your total purchase amount.

  2. In-Store Purchases

    • Present your Gift Card (digital or printed) at the counter.

    • The cashier will apply the value to your purchase.

  3. Remaining Balance

    • If your Gift Card does not cover the full amount, you may pay the difference with another payment method.

    • If your purchase is less than the Gift Card balance, the remainder will stay available for future use until expiry.
